Dulcey Kingett
Dulcey Kingett has been a health care practitioner for over 20 years, specializing in both manual physical therapy and Craniosacral therapy.
Devoting her treatment time to the whole body-mind complex, she believes in a holistic approach to healing. Her expertise lies in treating chronic pain/disease, the spine, headaches and TMJ, as well as post traumatic stress.
Dulcey believes that our bodies are storage bins for both good and bad history and with the right tools, time and intent, that bin can be emptied, providing relief from pain along the way.
With a strong skill set, her “bag of tricks”, Dulcey utilizes manual techniques such as Muscle Energy, Strain-Counterstrain, Zero Balancing, Somatoemotional Release (SER), as well as Advanced Myofascial Release, from her training at the John Barnes Institute (the founder of MFR).
She has had the honor and privilege of having been personally trained by Osteopath and co-founder of Craniosacral Therapy, the late Dr. John Upledger.
The beauty of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is its gentle, indirect approach which can be performed on anyone of any age. She also believes that the body has an amazing ability to heal itself, with a little guidance and some education. Each patient is treated with complete confidentiality and with the utmost respect.
As a lifelong athlete, mother of two athletic girls and a cancer survivor, Dulcey believes in treating our bodies like temples, not tents, living each day like it counts, and to laugh!

Kathleen Yow-Wells, LMP
Kathleen’s private therapeutic bodywork practice, Eastside Wellness Center, has been located in downtown Kirkland since 1987. She combines this knowledge into a healing style that is truly unique and effective in reducing chronic musculoskeletal conditions, pain, and the effects of trauma from accidents, injuries, surgery, and Motor Vehicle Accidents.
Each session is individually tailored to treatment goals and may include Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Chi Nei Tsang, Trigger Point, and/or Deep Tissue therapy focused on specific structures.
To enhance the effectiveness of massage and bodywork treatments, Kathleen incorporates essential oils. Oils are gentle, completely safe, yet profoundly effective as an adjunct to manual therapy.

Robert Regan-Hughes, LMP
Hello and welcome. I am the owner and operator of Metta Therapeutic Massage, LLC: “where massages are tailored to your needs”! For over 25 years, I have been providing conscientious, clinical, therapeutic massage to my clients and patients on Seattle’s Eastside. Initially trained at Brian Utting School of Massage, I have continued to learn and incorporate new bodywork techniques over the last couple of decades, blending these into my own unique therapeutic approach to reduce pain, increase relaxation, and improve your sense of well-being. I am an excellent listener, and will focus my massage toward your stated needs.
I specialize in Clinical or Medical Massage, an outcome-based massage, specifically targeted toward resolving a specific problem, following a diagnosis from your doctor. This includes directing treatment toward rehabilitation of injured, strained, damaged or dis-eased soft tissue while discovering and understanding how the individual’s physical and emotional history might influence their present condition. My primary objective is to reduce pain and inflammation, speed healing of damaged tissue, improve circulation, and increase range of motion, while calming the client’s fears and anxiety that often surface from pain. With all of my years of experience helping clients and patients to successful recover from a variety of injuries, I consider myself a Holistic Injury Repair Specialist (HIRS). I have a strong referral base with many physicians and chiropractors in this area, and am able to communicate directly with your referring practitioner, as needed. Please note: I do require a prescription or referral for massage therapy, if it is to be billed to your insurance. Massage therapists cannot diagnose a condition, by law, and diagnosis codes are required on all billing forms.
I am a contracted and preferred provider for most health insurance companies, as well as a contracted provider for the state of Washington’s Labor and Industry claims. I provide insurance billing for the following insurance companies, as a courtesy to my clients/patients:
• Auto Accident – Personal Injury (PIP), as well as Third Party Claims with attorney representation.
• Aetna
• Cigna
• First Choice Health
• Great West
• Lifewise
• Premera Blue Cross
• Regence Blue Shield
• Uniform Medical
• United Healthcare
• Washington State Dept. of Labor & Industries (L&I)
• Group Health – not contracted, but able to provide massage for all plans which have out of network coverage and/or are affiliated with the First Choice Health Network
In addition, I have a strong background in athletics and sport recovery, and I provide excellent massage for athletes and “week-end warriors” recovering from over-used or strained soft tissue.
Feel free to contact me about my upcoming classes in meditation, holistic self-care, couples massage classes, and more! cell: (425) 442-0780

Alesia Regan-Hughes
Alesia is a highly intuitive and naturally gifted healer, with a talent for moving stagnant energy out of the body and energy field of her clients, while holding space for transformation and personal change to occur. She is gentle, loving, and kind; and creates an environment of safety for her clients to experience deep levels of healing and grace. Alesia believes that we are all here to awaken to our divine purpose, to heal aspects of our being that need to be healed, and to expand our consciousness. Our lives provide perfect opportunities for growth, healing and expansion through our interactions with others, and the challenges, as well as blessings, which life brings to us. Alesia’s purpose is to act as a catalyst for transformation and healing through the use of energy healing and Reiki, guided visualizations and reframing, intuitive guidance, EFT Tapping and Coaching, and intuitive artwork.
Alesia was attuned to Reiki by Houman Emami and clairvoyant, Lino Aleyunas, then received her master attunement from world-renown psychic and Energy Intuitive Marie Manuchehri. She has also completed completed a two year mentorship with Marie Manuchehri in Energy Healing. She holds a degree in applied counseling psychology, has been certified in Alchemical Hypnotherapy by Arjuna Ardagh, and she continues to broaden and expand her base of knowledge in the healing arts through seminars, workshops and continued trainings.
What to Expect in a Reiki Session:
Alesia begins each session by placing her hands either directly on or above the client, who lies comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed, while soft music plays. Clients may be covered with a blanket for comfort. During a session, Alesia accesses and transmits Reiki healing energy into the body and energy field of her client, while receiving intuitive information that is specific to each client’s specific needs. Reiki symbols and affirmations (statements of positive intent) are used to enhance the movement of energy. Clients may notice heat, pulsing, a tingling sensation, or a temporary increase in symptoms before they subside. These are all positive signs and mean that the client is responding to the Reiki treatment, and energy is moving. It is not necessary to experience these sensations, however, in order to receive benefit from the Reiki. Occasionally, clients may notice emotions rising to the surface. This is perfectly natural, and means that the client is healing on an emotional level. Clients often go into a very deep “meditative” state while receiving Reiki, and the overall experience is highly relaxing. Following a Reiki session, one can expect to experience peace of mind, a deeper connection to self and feelings of well-being. Since Reiki comes from accessing higher consciousness, whatever arises to be healed, is the perfect thing to arise for healing, and all healing that occurs is in the highest good of the client. After a session, clients often report feeling as though they have been reunited with their “best/true/child” self. If is helpful for clients to give themselves time and space to integrate the healing by staying hydrated, eating healthfully, and avoiding loud or stressful atmospheres. It is best to avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours following a Reiki session.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Also known as Tapping
What is EFT? EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, which involves gently tapping on meridian points while focusing on and voicing a specific issue. Based upon the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over five thousand years, this combination of tapping while addressing issues, has been clinically shown to reduce stress and anxiety, reduce pain, enhance healing, and clear emotional blocks. Change is often rapid and permanent.
We now know that pain and disease are tied to negative emotions, and that negative emotions can exacerbate or prolong pain, long after an injury or trauma has subsided. These negative emotions can also lead to a disruption in our energy field. This circular process can keep individuals in a chronic pattern of pain and/or negativity. Tapping restores balance to the body’s energy system while mending the negative emotions and reducing or eliminating physical and/or emotional symptoms.
Tapping has proven to be highly effective for a wide range of issues, including grief, trauma, addictions, phobias/fears, stress and anxiety, pain, chronic patterns of behavior, and even financial issues. EFT is simple and safe to use, and the benefits are often experienced in just a few minutes.
Clients are given tools to use at home, to help them continue “tapping” on issues and concerns.
Skype sessions and group classes for EFT are available. Please contact Alesia at (425) 442-0785, or namasteart@comcast.net, for more information.
